What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We strive to provide the best product possible. However, if you are ever dissatisfied with our product, please return any uneaten cupcakes along with your receipt within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll gladly exchange your cupcakes. We do not offer cash refunds. Custom designs are non-refundable or exchangable.
